Another decent shot there mark,seem to average around that distance,was that from a hide or stalked? And I bet watching your dog work well is more satisfying than any shot you've ever taken,i love seeing a dog do what it was bred for,whichever discipline,worthwhile hour spent there mate...

Is it members only that can report stuff. If somebody on the site is reporting a shot rabbit as graphic this forum is maybe not for them. P.s saw the picture nothing graphic about it. Hope you wernt asked to take the pic down

 

How many pictures of a shot rabbits head do you need to see? We all know what it looks like without the need to put up picture after picture.

Couldn't agree more. This is a hunting site and folk who have no interest in hunting should keep their neb out.

Sadly folk can't do that and to portray our sport in the best respectable way it was decided that such pictures are kept off this site.

That goes for all forums.

I agree with Mark. There's no better respect for your quarry than exact shot placement. Demonstrating and emphasising that to the newer, less experienced and younger members is a must.

There's hundreds of past posts with graphic pictures to search through without the need to keep adding more.

 

Apologies Mark if this has derailed your topic slightly but this is one of them things that will continue to go round in circles. Like it or not.
