D Lloyd 2,790
pound is a bit dear for something that you dont even know will last a season no think? its £90 kieran. now i could of sed yes but then id be joining the liars life. if iv only jest got them i cant tell you what i can say they are made very robust and the other lamps iv had of them have worked very well with only one going rong out of a lot if it was in season now id put it through a few more tests but its not but in september it will get tested more 1 Quote Link to post
Gaz_1989 9,539
why would i buy something and leave it in the cupboard maybe thats something you would do but not me.i would be using it must nights.if if a person is not sure if it would last then i will not buy Lol it was just an example. You might as well ask someone how long a pair of boots will last you without telling them how often you're going to use them and how well you will take care of them. It could be 2 weeks or it could be 2 years. The lamps are well made but they ain't bullet proof. 1 Quote Link to post
roybo 2,873
I've had one from deben and one from Lloydy ,lasted me over a season both have. They are the same lamp (150) Anyone local can come and have a look and make their mind up dai has kindly borrowed me a few to make my mind up and let a few lads local to me have a look. 1 Quote Link to post
roybo 2,873
Tomo....if you want a lamp for bunnies in average size places ,I think the 150 fits the bill ,if you ever get over to the west Midlands I can show you one. It probably sounds like I'm grooming you But the police have warned me ,so you are safe 1 Quote Link to post

D Lloyd 2,790
tomo for a full night the 150 or dl 100 if you need a wider beam in your old age the gamekeeper 120 has a cracking spot its brighter and gos further than the 150 and dl100 but it only gives you 1hour constent yous so aproxs 2 hours lamping more if you not scared of the dark mate Quote Link to post
Somewhereyournot 1,117
I got a lightforce striker 170 HID and its powerful as f**k. not seen a lamp as powerful as it yet. 50w bulb plus HID so a lot less drain on the battery. Quote Link to post
dustyj 63
How long does battery last on them mate Quote Link to post
roybo 2,873
A 15w led is just as powerful as a 50w halogen and I'd gamble the 45w led will blow a hid away ,just better technology. I had a hid 240 no brighter than the latest led lamps I'd love to see an led with a huge reflector just to see what they can do Quote Link to post
