In my old house my kennels were 20ft higher than the house footings.garden was like a hill.so I dug a 5ft deep soak away in front of kennels and filled it with railway stones.i put a 5ft scaffold pole in the corner of the stones just short of the bottom of soak away.when I finished hoseing the runs out I would put the hose in the pipe.undo the hose from the house and put it in the drain.it would syphon off all the pissy water worked a treat.

Base looks nice and neat with you resistance.

I'm half way through mine, I had to opt for a soakaway because of the poor access to the main drainage. It would of cost me a small fortune to get to it and I can't afford that. I just need to build the roof and then finish the doors.

It's on hold at the.mimute as I've badly broken a finger at work so my hands in a splint lol.
