I believe to consider run animals in wet cold conditions hrs on end night and day to deny a good warm bed ta me his poor stockman ship wet animals Cana dry put in ta kennel or bed so quickly with out

Seriously lads ? Apart from pups there is no need for artificial heat for good healthy dogs in well made weather proof kennels. A big load of codswallop to even discuss this on a working dog forum I

I use this stuff called straw,I don't know how they make it but it keeps my frail old lurcher warm at night.

Do them tube heaters need kept away from bedding and the actual dogs? Iv slept in my sleep box after losing me keys out lamping and not wanting to wake wife up, I was toasty without heater lol

Lol i dont think they can catch fire tbh mate but who noes

know who wears the trousers in that house,,,,,she must be some demon......only messing...........

Straws full of mites.bugs etc .I use heat lamp with kingspan lining around box area.

only use the heat laps if its really cold. or if they been lamping, as it helps take the stiffness out of them next day. ive got couple horse blankets , there great nice/warm wash them every couple months
