Popular Post iworkwhippets 13,247
Took the pup to my vets this morning, got her registered with em, checked her over, was well pleased with her, so took Nell and stinkers along with me , for 10 mins in the field on my way home, Tess travels well, but the hob ferret, goes mental in its box to get out, so here they are, by the way, the vet gave me a bag of goodies for Tess, plus free milbemax puppy wormers for 12 months 22 1 Quote Link to post

bird 10,015
great post and pics as normal , that pup looking brill well bred and gone to good home , but not sure about the rough play with stinkers from the dog, my dogs good with ferrets Bryn great with them . I remember one day he was playing with a mates hob , and he picked him up and getting well to rough, I stopped him . he knows what there are and ok with them , but I never let any dog gret over friendly with them as they can hurt them in play, and then the ferret can become hard on the dog after , I just keep them as mates with each other with just enough contact that they all know each other, you might think I wrong , but after seeing Bryn get bit rough and he soft stored type dog as well , its not worth breaking the bond with dog+ferret if it got out of hand and it can in few secs easy 1 Quote Link to post
Gaz_1989 9,539
Bird that lump of yours could break a grown man in soft play never mind a ferret. Hahaha. Quote Link to post
