Like you say Bob, if it is a joke it aint a funny one... you'd be a proper wanker to find putting a pretend bomb in a school a laugh eh!! Brothers just rang his daughter, she's supposed to be going for a job interview in town, he's told her to call it off until mores known... Even though nothing much has happened (well it never exploded).. it puts everyone on edge, and if it is a real threat that is exactly what these people want.... For instance we all know now that lots of people have been directed to to the football stadium. That's getting lots of people in the one place and the terrorists can see that.
