Another Townie Question From Walshie .......

Recommended Posts

it gets worse and worse ... Have a look at the PM he sent me recently .....

Hi mate I had a little walk around my fields earlier and to my horror I noticed that the sheep ( I think I am right ? The things that look like clouds ? ) have all shed their fur, I found bits of it laying around on the floor and tried to stick it back on but there wasn't enough to cover even one little sheep, so I headed down town and visited all the charity shops and managed to get enough jumpers to cover most of the sheep, it took me hours to catch them all and put a jumper on them but eventually I got them all done bah 1 which I cuddled all night to keep it warm, the weather here for tonight is rain and I don't think that would be good for the jumpers so do you think I should try and get them all little waterproof coats or herd them all into my house until the rain passes, I did try and ask the chap that owns them but he speaks half in Welsh and the only words I could make out were twat English townie, I don't know if that's the name of a shop where I can by some coats or the type of waterproof jacket to use?

Do they shed their hair very often as I think this could cost me a lot of money in jumpers, I did mention to trish that perhaps we should knit some jumpers so we always have some in stock in case they shed again but she said we need to get some wool, do you know what that wool stuff is or where to get it from?

Thanks as always from the wannabe Welshman.

In reckon he fleeced you there, Walshie !

Still, its nice to see you keeping things sheep-shape, and gain a new fleece on life, through shear determination.

The shear delights of rural life are making you a mutton for punishment, but just say "Bah humbug" and "thanks for mutton" to all those bleating hearts who think ewe haven't got what it takes to bleat the competition........

(I'll get my coat !)
