Looking forward to the sauna at least. There's some classes included that my mrs wants to go to like she did before we moved.

You mean one side of the midlands to the other. I was ok once i had a fag break though. I'm going to take it easy. I won't go at all for the first few weeks, just psych myself up. northern lad 2,292
Just started lifting again after about 15 yrs....I don't remember it being this hard Biceps were that sore last week I couldn't lift a brew...not sure yet wether my recovery time is longer due to not training for years,my age (still think Im 21 ) or a combination of both.Deffo need to get some weight off so sensible eating required too, when I get into my training proper I eat well and am very conscious of my nutrition intake, but its all or nothing for me ....if I don't train I eat shite (and lots of it)hence Im a fat b*****d Question to the "older" guys who are still training, are your recovery times similar to years ago ,or does a hard session take longer to recover from?ATB with your gym forays Dave ,perhaps we could set up a THL Classic bodybuilding show come summer when were both huge and shredded
