k99yle 53
Wouldn't be Suprised if Sir Bob brings them two bairns up. I'm sure he'll be on hand if needed No matter how much of a gobshite or tosser the man is, he has my respect in that regard How the funk is Bob Geldof a Gobshite or Tosser. What have you ever done to help people living in poverty watching their whole family starve to death or dying of easily preventable illness ? He is an amazing man. k99yle 53
I hope she didnt commit suicide amount of wealth she's got purely from her dads name I'd find it abit insulting. As for drugs well if your mum died from drugs you should know better than most not to play with the stuff. Ethier feel sorry for her family. What has money got to do with happiness? And just because her Mum died from drugs doesn't mean she would never try them! How old are you? School holidays?
dare 1,103
If you live in a house the size of hers and have the sort of money she has...and commit suicide as if life was so hard then yeah I find it insulting. Anyway think suicide has been ruled out. Will know tomorrow myself as my dad works with the doctor who's doing her post mortem.

If you want to tell me money doesnt buy happiness then no point us having a debate well just have to agree to disagree on that one. And I don't see what was immature about my comment? If my mum died from a drugs overdose I will know up close and first hand the affects of drugs, enough so that I can say well I won't be doing that. Everyone is different I guess but I don't have sympathy for addicts I think most who are addicts have enough sympathy for themselves.

Money only buys stuff. Stuff don't make you happy. Chemicals in your brain make you happy if you are lucky enough to have plenty of them? I find you insulting. Have you ever lost a loved one through suicide? Have you lost a parent? Had a friend murdered? I think you will change your tune when something tragic happens in your life! Until then, please keep your immature thoughts to yourself.

dare 1,103
I belive money does buy happiness. Who ever said money can't buy happiness? Probably someone who was rich trying to make the poor feel better. The finding it insulting comment is abit like when David Cameron says we're all in this together. Got an aunt who's a multi millionaire, if she ever came around my house and saw how were living then went on to tell me life's really hard, I'd show her the door lol. Anyway it's not been said how she died yet and it's sad when anyone looses their life.

"Chemicals make you happy if you have enough of them" sounds more of an immature comment to me. If the stuff you buy with money doesn't make you happy then please give it all away and live like some sort of hippie. Money makes life easier and gives a better quality of life for yourself and loved ones, were only here once. It would make me happy to give my kids when I have them a better life and chances than I had. It's just like the right thing to say "oh money doesn't buy happiness" well bollocks I say it does. NEWKID 28,570
The threads off on a tangent... And we've no idea how she died ( well apart from dare lol)... But money can make you happier but it's not the answer to everything...there's a huge difference between being a bit miserable and feeling down on your luck, to being clinically depressed and unfortunately all the money in the world will never solve that... Unless you've witnessed it or been so unfortunate to suffer from it them you would never understand, Edited April 8, 2014 by NEWKID
