What is the best time and weather conditions to go out bushing with the terriers and thelurcher

A quarter past three in the afternoon. Ideally winds between 3-5 mph and coming from the south west ( but this can change. Something to do with the el-ninio thingy )

Light drizzle but not that fine stuff that makes you really wet.

Whatever you wish to hunt,bush,or bash about will be there no matter the time,day or weather,some will take the weather into account before they make a foray into the elements,others will take any given opportunity to do the same,especially with family and work commitments.I prefer a cold dry day after a few days of harsh cold and wet weather,rarely possible,just take the opportunities that may come your way,happy hunting.

In the winter I go out anytime of the day in all weathers. In high summer I tend to go first thing in the morning. Or late afternoon.

Just after It's rained or in light drizzle. No wind. As you know a dog relies on his sense of smell when bushing and everything smells more when it's wet. Common sense really. Sam

I've heard that early morning juw holds good sent? But I would think the best person to give you sound advice would be someone on here that ran hare harriers/fox hounds/otter hounds as job and not a hobby as hobbys have to fit round every day life
