Cpc there already in for over 7 1/2 tonne now but it's not a licence its a course you sit over so many hours ... Certificate of professional competence is its full title and it's done on a rolling basis so many hours a year has to be sat to keep it in date

Gem can't drive anything over 3500kg gross vehicle weight and can't tow anything more than 750kg

Kind of limits you to what your going to get ... Something around a twin wheeled transit size is what your going to be looking at ..

any 15ft high transits around with a spiral staircase ..
