Waxed Leggin's ....?

Recommended Posts

:cray: I'm inconsolable! Just this minute got off the phone from " Weatherwear " of Sheffield. Seems he's been priced out of the market by the cost of the raw materials!

What am I gonna do now?!? I've worn his lined, waxed cotton leggin's for a f**king decade! Every day, rain or shine.

Now I need a new pair ~ I was even after a pair for my mate, who's just passed through here, soaked to the skin.

Anyone know where I can find decent ones for realistic money, please?

I used to love a pair I had years ago Pete.

Belstaff waxy's for bikes but I'd cut the stitched saddle out of 'em, cooled 'em down a bit, hard as nails those were.

Best of luck in yer search mate...

everything petes got is ripped to shreds or got the arse hanging out so I`d of thought chaps would be fine so long as the arse is missing ;)

 You vicious bast@rds!

Johnny Boy; That's exactly what I mean, mate. Leggins / Chaps. (" Chaps " does tend to carry over that intonation of S&M though, doesn't it?)

I'm scratching around and am finding them from next to nothing to stupid f**king money. In all fairness, I'll pay what ever. I just don't want to get ripped off by paying through the nose for a 'leading brand name'. Nor do I want to entertain low priced shit that'll not last till winter in a real life role.

Rather hoping someone might have a bit of experience with a given supplier, as I have had with WW.

I'm a bit distracted in Chat, right now. Later on though, I'll look closely at what ever's being suggested on here. Thanks, lads :)
