Fighting, Why ?

Recommended Posts

Why do the owners of dogs that show aggression and like to fight with other dogs take them to shows and walk around not giving a shit ?

I know shows are not everyones cup of tea but they can be a good day out. A great way to meet people, see other dogs, socialise puppies and have a bit of a blether. All this wasted in a flash when your pride and joy is set upon out of no where, even worse for a pup.

there macho men, and think it makes there dog look tough. But in life there always somthing tougher either people or dogs, and 1 day they will let there dog start on the wrong dog, and they could end up with there dog in a bad way. i only go to couple shows a year, and got a very big pup who loves people+dogs.Iwant to keep it that way, if pups get a bad knock from another dog, it can set them really back, either they shit there selves when see other strange dog, or want fight (only) to get the 1st 1 in, and if theys as big as my pup you going to get probs that you deff dont want

what gets me is whats the point of taking a dog to a show then their owner knows that the judge will have no chance of handling them? and i have seen it at pretty much every show i have been two, and far by worst are the yappy lakelands which have only got to look at each other to get fighting! at one show seen one bloke constantly hitting his dog with a rolled up newspaper which if anything was making the dog duller? i cant imagine waht these dogs would be like in a working enviroment tied up at an earth? or are they just show ponies? As Bird said above i have a kelpi/collie bitch which due to an incident as a pup where she got a bit a mauling hates all strange dogs and will try to get in first.

'Cause they have small cocks mate.....haven't been brought up right....and are generally something that'd have been better being flushed out at 12 weeks.....

Love watching them at shows....large groups of obvious mental defectives....no teeth, no morals and no hope....look at 'em next time one of their dogs shit on the show field...they all stand there grinning at each other...giving the defacating dog awkward retarded sideways glances as if it's the first time any of them have ever seen a dog take a shit....and once the dogs finished they all stand there laughing their learning difficulties laughs...but they don't like it when you approach them with a bag and tell 'em to pick it up....nope they don't like that....

Lol, I also find that people with aggressive dogs are pretty insecure, and I think the dog picks up on it,and in effect I think that also makes the dog feel insecure, resulting in the dog acting aggressively. I know that's not always the case, but in general insecure dogs or people are pretty aggressive

Went to a show earlier this year. . . . . a lad, drinking cans of beer, and telling everyone else about their dogs (because he was an expert). . . . had been winding his bull x up all day, laughing at it lunging at other dogs, and barking etc.

Then he decided to run it in the racing and didn't put the muzzle on properly. . . . . the dog promptly shook the muzzle off, ran over the line and piled straight into another lads dog, who was just stood minding his own buisness.

The owner of the bull x just walked slowly up the field, drinking his can, uselessly calling his dog back.

Funnily enough he wanted to fight everyone who told him he was an idiot.

Some folk just aren't right in the head.

I resent that statement having no teeth is not a judge of character :rtfm: ............incidentally I have all my teeth I just choose to keep them in a glass. :tongue2:

What show was it?

was there a working bull show there to?

No show in particular as I've seen it at a few. Why ask about working bulls tho ?

Nice to see comments above and I'm not the only one that does not like this.
