Congrats on getting a HW100KT Scott. IMO its one of the best pcps that can be used for hunting and HFT on the market. The trigger unit on them is amazing and its accuracy potential is far better than anyone will ever be able to shoot it.

 

What scope you fitting on it mate?

 

.22 is a good hunting calibre too and the barrels seem to love most pellet brands.

 

Mine does well out to 60 meters with AA Fields.

 

Group size is about a £1 at that range with 3 shots when the conditions are good.

 

Out to 45 meters its almost pellet on pellet when im shooting well.

 

As Daz says the next meet is going to be a cracking comp in the .22 section.

Probably a hawke, for chairgun. panorama 50mm probably

need to get bipod and pump etc .. but in a couple of months might get a sidewinder or a SR pro

when I shot davys 97 it was soo easy to put pellet on pellet.! with my 97 its harder with it being a rougher gun, so I feel a good sense of achievement when I get good results.

 

I will have to save up for an SR pro scope but a panorama will do in the meantime lol

Sounds like a good night out, shooting, camping and fire! Did you try going self sufficant food wise? Somate id love to have a go at for a few days some time!

97 will stil be my main gun. Keep plinking and keep my skills sharp. dont want to get lazy and develop bad habits

going to have to trade in my 95k .177 and my .22 97kt to fund it

and just keep my .177 97 KaTie

 

then il have her as my plinker to keep my self sharp and make sure I don't develop too many bad habits when my new hunting (mainly) rifle comes...
