I'm 47 in a week or two Jim so you've got to make good of it while you can lol..I'm sitting here now with one of the TENS machines wired up to me giving me electric shock treatment to my back haha..I'm like Frankenstein haha..aye I will hopefully be ready to roll come the start of the season ..just hope Tomo is too and doesn't just drive the lanes with Venus running behind getting her fit lol..no good the dog being super fit if the man holding the slip can't keep up :-)

/////BACK PROBLEMS TELL ME ABOUT HIT, HIT CREEPS ON US WITH NIGHT TIME WORK, THE HEARTS PUMPING AND THE BACKS TAKEING IT BIG TIME, THEN THE NEXT DAY WHEN THE EXCITMENT AS WORE OFF , PROBLEM TIME,, IM LIKE A OLD SNAKE IN THE MORNING NEEDING HEAT ON ME BACK TO GET IT GOING, BUT BY NIGHT TIME ITS BUZZING,,,LOL

Haha..that's me aswell ...I get up at 5am or earlier as it takes me a few hours to get half mobile, once I'm going I ain't so bad but now my fooking knees are starting to play up..I'm on all kinds of painkillers, gels, heat pads, vibrating heat pads, tens machines..If I was a dog I'd be underground...Im like you mate,I really do believe it's all down to lamping, wet through, bending over skinning and gutting in the freezing cold..not the odd time but hundreds upon hundreds of times over decades..just hope we can keep on plodding away for a wee while yet?..there's gear to be caught haha
