i opened the door, let him in, 1st showed him the dog was completly fine ect, good health, fresh water,ect took him outside in the garden, showed him around, no dogs shit (not even one) all tidy, now if the dog was tied up for 20 hrs a day in the garden thered be shit in the garden, she goes for that many walks , she doesnt need to shit in the bk garden, i also told him if i wanted to, i have every right to keep my dog outside in a kennle as long as she had a shelter/warm somewhere to sleep ect and fresh food/water and he said yes that wouldnt be a problem, but i said i keep her inside with us, he said this complaint sounds maliciouce, and left saying he would note it for future reference
