Or more likely an outside aerial, suggesting that you watch tv? Anyways, talking of outside aerials, Now that analogue signal no longer works are outside aerials still necessary to pick up digital signal through freeview boxes? Rake aboot 4,936
Don`t talk to them Scot,, except to tell them they are not allowed in your garden and please leave now, tell them that no one from TV licensing is allowed to come to your door and they have to note it and they will stop coming, they have no power at all, but don`t chat with them, just f**k them off.

PeakOil 352
Tell the coonts to feck off and write to them withdrawing their implied right of access to your property. Any further visitors from Crapita will be treated as trespassers and any trespassers will be removed with reasonable force. I have refused to pay the TV tax for 10 years, after the twats harassed me when I didn't have a TV. My dads TV broke so I gave him mine. You would have to be very stupid imho to be taken to court and prosecuted by TVL / Crapita. If you invite them in and show them you are watching TV with no licence, fair enough. If your TV aint visible from the front window and you close the hall door when you go to answer the front door and tell em to feck off there is pretty much nowt the salesmen can do. scothunter 12,609
what gets me,is why the cops get involved.normally the cops would say its a civil matter.its a racket cooked up by the bbc and the goverment get thier cut,by giving retired and disgraced mps a seat on the board, and for that they get the police to enforce this extortion.bet there cops out there who dont give a flying f**k about licences
