PeakOil 352
I caught most of it when I got back home. A very good show, head and shoulders above the usual mind numbing shite Eye Tee Vee churn out.

littlefish 598
I saw Barry McGuigan's homecoming bus parade in Belfast in 1985..........the city was buzzing for all the right reasons! He certainly was very popular and gave us all something to cheer about!
irishnut 297
the clones cyclone, another great british boxer, but hes from from the state. realised he had better chances to progress in the sport if he boxed under the uk banner. true gentleman and an ambassador for all sport. gnasher16 31,602
Always wondered about Mcguigans temperament as a fighter retiring at 28 having never really been in a war or taken a hiding......he clearly loves the game as he,s spent all his life in it and has a wealth of knowledge and an obvious passion for the sport......met him a few times over the years says he has no regrets...........we,re all made different i guess.
