secretagentmole 1,701
I like Crosman Premier Ultra Magnums, work well in my guns, apart fromt he Theoben, they are very tight in the Anschutz barrel! Quote Link to post
The Duncan 802
I'm afraid you get what you pay for. I've had great results from H&N FT Trophy's, AA field and Accupel. Although the Accupel are a pretty dirty pellet due to the lube Quote Link to post
Phantom 631
For price I would try the following: Crosman Premier Ultra Magnums (also known as Accupel) Air Arms Field (so far the very best grouping in my gun by 3mm edge to edge) FX Pellets in the black plastic container (second best in my S200) but although the cheapest out of the three I am currently using the CPUM's lets face it, they may be the worst out the three on paper a couple of mm either side of the aimpoint in the brain will still kill instantly. Not only are these three pellets mid range in price, they are also midrange in weight, springers such as yours seem to prefer mid to light weight pellets where as a pcp tends to like mid to heavy. Hope that helps a little. Tony Quote Link to post
zini 1,939
H and N Field Target Trophy RWS Super Field FX Air Arms Webley Accupells Daystate Li's JSB Exacts Falcon Accuracy Plus All above are quality brands, but you need to try them all really until you find the one that matches your barrel the best for accuracy. Noone can tell you or give you advice as all barrels are different like finger prints. You will need to do the work yourself pal. Si 1 Quote Link to post
AirgunGuy 362
You get what you pay for mate. AA Fields...Accupels and Powapels in my rifles Quote Link to post
andyfr1968 772
I agree with all the above but what's most important is what suits your own rifle the best. Only you can find that out, which can be an expensive pain in the arse but that's just how it is. Just to add another into the mix, RWS Superdomes tend to work well in most barrels. AirgunGuy 362
Have you had a look at pelletperfect.com? They sell samples. You can also buy samples from ebay. Do yourself and your rifle a favour and don't buy the cheap sh..e. Superdomes do work well in many rifles but apparently they lose energy quicker due to the slight domed head Quote Link to post
RAMCAM 4
Air Arms Field H&N Extra Heavy Barracudas (Bisley Magnums) H&N Field Target Trophy The Air Arms being the best in my rifles out to 70 yards. HW100T, 97k V-Mach and Falcon FN8 Quote Link to post

Acuspell 329
Airgun pellets are as cheap as chips. Just get the ones that are the most consistent in your rifle. Cheap pellets are better because they are only £4.99 a tin of 500. Ignore the fact that you can't hit the target with them, they still go phut and make a hole in the fence. They are brilliant for the pellet maker/seller too, because you then blame the gun for the constant missing and go and spend more money on another one. £4.99 and you hit the target 3 times per tin. On the other hand, expensive pellets are even cheaper, because you can hit the bullseye 8 times out of 10. So the fact they are £9.95 a tin of 500 if you actually cost it at £s / bullseye they are phenomenanlly good value. Cheap pellets at £4.99 per 3 bullseyes = £1.66 per bullseye Expensive pellets at £9.95 per 400 bullseyes = 2.5p / bullseye. 1 Quote Link to post
