bird 10,014
took my nine year old to play for his foootball club at the local park lastnight along with my five old after the match i had promised the little fella he could go on the climbing frames inside the play area time to go home left the play area and all i seen was my five year fly past me thrown to the floor by alsation grabbing at his leg he was screaming i kicked out at the dog to get it away then another one arrived both trying to grab my five year they were not trying to get at me or my other lad he had done nothing to provoke the dogs at all flagged down a passing police got my lads out the way when owners started shouting it asent f###ken touch him but because there was no bite marks police all they could do was have word and take there details i aloso took officers name and number because if that dog kills some one tomorrow your to blame well i phoned the council this morning as the play area is under cctv and they are looking into it went to the police station to make a complaint now looks like somethings going to been done about it why have dogs that you cannot control and off the leads outside a play area fuming v glad your little fella is ok , but you say it grabbed him flung him to the floor, and not 1 single bite mark on him , strange that with any dog doing that, more so with big dogs like gsd;s putting there jaws on him. ? Guest bullterrier
The owners need putting down. The dogs just need keeping on leads and under control. All the bad press we get as working dog owners and Joe Public get away with murder. i told the police its the owner i blame That's terrible mate, too many arsehole's in that park sometime's, with powerful dog's that they can't control, glad to hear your kid's are ok, instead of shouting at you, the owner should of been going mad that his dog done this, hope i don't hear about something happening with an alsation. theres always something happening there mate pit type fighting or attacking smaller dogs gangs fighting girl fight when drunk gun attacks and the park as mobile security and 24/7 cctv billy thats why followed it up it with the police the next kid might not be so lucky check stanley park on youtube it is nice park john

I'd guess that those dogs probably won't integrate too well into inner city life! The next big thing ........ no mate theses were big but just look like an everyday alsations mate you would be suprised at some of the crosses walking theses streets john

But like you say - the next kid might not be so lucky. He must be a tough little fella - something like that could scare some kids off dogs for life
pip1968 2,490
went for a walk with me daughter and her fella and the dogs around crocky park before when a women walking twards us had a staffy and a say american bulldog that was scared ov its own shadow which ran away from her through a horse rideing school apparently attacking a pony with a young girl rideing it. the park wardens turn up saying to the women its running wild in the cattle field now we have the right to shoot it .we told the women before this happend that the dog that wasnt hers she was only walking it for a friend should be kept on a lead as all this could have been avoided now by the looks of it shes in a whole lot of trouble as the rideing school instructors wouldnt let her go
