Ratreeper 441
Couldn't blame anyone for doing the same, I would probably do the same if someone stole my dog to be honest

lanesra 4,007
If that was britain he would be locked up for life , why is our justice system so poor Not so sure now mate , the Tony Martin case and the public opinion has changed the outlook taken by police prosecuters ect , the last couple off yrs people have died in the uk at commiting offences and those protecting themselves/property have not been charged , back to original topic The man done right and so did those in power by takin no actions against him . PlasticJock 539
Well in the UK this is roughly what I think would happen.... ''Was the girls life in imminent danger?'' ''No'' ''Well it's murder, or culpable homicide, or manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility.... either way we can't let people protect each other, they must rely on the state to do it for them.'' ''But he would have been angry'' ''Brilliant, then his 'mens rea' (frame of mind) would have been to intend to, at the very least, cause severe damage. Charged.'' MUDD 374
Yes it's murder but who's to say the rapist wasn't planning on killing the girl ? He committed the serious offence first, that's what lead to his well deserved death in the end. So in a way he put himself in that position. I know the law wouldn't look at it that way but he deserved everything he got and more, id have killed him myself. Scumbag c@nt.
lurchergrrl 1,441
Just the thought of someone doing that to one of my kids fills me with feral rage - I'd have ripped his bits off and shoved them in his mouth for good measure. That decision was total common sense, don't see that too often.
