I've already taken measures to combat that irritating little pest, no more DEET or other insecticides for me.

I've not even had so much as a single Midge bite since Pip has been accompanying me on my hunting forays. He doesn't take up much kennel space either  .

Glad to see this has stirred some deep conversation, I have taken the arguments on board and had a good think. The question really is 'what has bigger teeth than a shark?' but then it came to me as if from Zeus himself, and here it is:

walrus_tusks2_sm.jpg

So now the best guard dog has been laid to rest, because I cannot count elephant tusks as teeth so therefore nothing is harder than a walrus. Now I just to glue a stoat and a walrus together.

The real bad boys are what they carry, rather than the insect itself. Mossies are merely the messenger, when you think about it.

Did he not get boo'd off stage in Glasgow couple years back lab?

Wouldn't suprise me mate....Seen him loads of times now but not for a few years, he was beginning to be a bit repatative and i think he was struggling a bit after his throat cancer. Still gave me some of the funniest times watching him ever...

Aye I liked him when I was younger, boy humour. I prefer Jim davidson, he used to crack me up.

I went and seen him about 2/3 years ago in Glenrothes. Just a small venue like, about 150/200 folk . He was really good. The guy that does the warm up for him was class to, a geordie lad if i'm not mistaken.... :hmm:

Don't know who that would be lab. The comedians now have a short shelf life, getting tired of macintyre etc

He's not known mate. Obviously a guy that tours with Jim D but he could quite easily have his own stint. 2 top guys the now for me are Kevin Bridges and Micky Flanagan....

Cheetah  work it just like a running dog only no ban

& as a guard dog a hyena or baboon would be a formidable animal to be on the wrong side of, id jump into a yard full of pitbulls if I had a baboon behind me

i've known of pitbulls killing large male baboons very over-rated animal.

Over rated in what sense lol it's a f*****g monkey of sorts , not a gladiator

Although i get the impression judge has watched a video of everything killing everything else, on the internet.

i've seen a few videos on youtube, the pitbull which killed a baboon belonged to a friend on mine in S.A.

Granted I am strange I do like watching fights of all kinds.

I'll keep an eye out for them mate.

I went to see Kevin in the same hall in Glenrothes before he started on the tv and stuff.. He asked for questions at the end and he got the usual "what team do you support" but he never answered......I know now though... :toast:

Hope you get this on yer phone...legendary....
