I had the exact same when I was fishing, it went on for ages and it is the only time I had to get up and intervene becauses the screaming was horrible. It was in a bad way so I necked it and left it for the crows to eat, it's just the way it is.

Oh and I saw a sparrow eat a spider, the poor little thing didn't stand a chance...b*****d sparrows

saw one knock down one of my fan tailpigeons when I was young, knocked it out the sky in one of the pigeons rare flights round the fields behind the loft. Dad wouldnt believe it was a crow I saw do it

They had their sleeves rolled up and tattoos all over their wings

Yes, but didn't you realise that the Spider had just eaten a Fly? Poor little thing...b*****d Spiders :laugh:

theres a old lady by us that feeds the pigeons every morning the other day as she comes out to feed them there everywere and this magpie came from no were i thought it had come for some of the bread but was dive bombing the pigeons pinning one to the floor old lady scared it off but been back a few times trying to grab one

ive seen crows in india rip the heads off small birds that were drinking water out the hotel swimming pool on a daily basis,they sat in the palm trees like vultures and just swooped down

you are right! The implications of this realistation are becoming increasingly disconcerting the further down the rabbit hole I tread...I am scared and want someone to hold me and make me feel safe again
