For what it is worth and i don't realy know why i am replying as it is a irrelevant question to this cracking topic..but i have had a beddie/grey x collie grey and a saluki grey x colie grey deerhound grey..and them two also retrieved perfect after a little bit of longer training..say 3 or 4mth longer..so there you go you ultimate hunting man.. .. i have had two and this is my 3rd.. .

 

Edited too add so i don't miss anything out i have also had and still own one 2 x saluki bull grey's neither of them would or will retrieve for me..i might of done something wrong with that type of cross but i seem to be doing ok upto now with collie in them..so stick that in your fooking haggis pie filled pipe and smoke it..
