lapin2008 1,587
Shame for the little girl although I suspect she will make a full recovery LOL The quote from the fireman is the funniest thing I have ever read about a ferret... 'We jumped out of the car and saw the light brown, minky-coloured ferret clamped on to the baby's finger. 'I think it must have been wild, it was ferocious. 'We spent about 25 minutes fighting to keep away. But it just kept coming back for more. It had hard sharp teeth and glaring eyes. It was doing everything it could to get passed me and Faz and back to the baby. 'All I can say is that it must have been hungry as it didn't want to give up without a fight.' Heroic LOL Little girls mother is fairly tidy though Edited April 30, 2012 by lapin2008

Simoman 110
What a load of shit, poor little one, not nice thing to happen at all but our "heroic" fireman need to keep taking the brave pills.........
COMPO 54
reading the description of the ferrets behaviour, noting the very small marks to the childs hand.............that ferret was a playful pet and was playing with the firemen and the baby and mother.....it didn't know she was scared as i imagine its owned by someone who may scream and giggle when its running around making mock attacks at them........... or this may be the start of a spate of attacks........... The one 8,595
If those firemen couldn't handle a ferret after twenty five minutes they should resign with embarrassment

lapin2008 1,587
I hope my house dont burn down, can imagine those two fairies flapping around outside in a pink uniform....... Yes but in their defence, the ferret had 'sharp teeth and glaring eyes'
COMPO 54
can you imagine if one of us who have ferrets went past and helped out...............they would think we were some kind of mystic animal tamer......simply picking the ferret up and stroke it to calm it down..........
