darbo 4,779
hope he does well for you.i know you got him from hancocks but what is the breeding % grey border beardie ? if you dont mind me asking. atb. i saw the dog advertised as lurcher x lurcher. i thought hancock only used greyhounds as dams or was it a misprint or otherwise? Rake aboot 4,936
Ey up, thanks for the comments He was lurcher to lurcher, Sallys own dog( 1/4 border 3/4 grey dam) was bred with tweedle dum, (3/4 beardie, 1/4 grey sire), they were keeping him back, but let him go as he is black, and they want merles,. You`re right though,, the lurcher to lurcher is unusual for them. Since I got him,, he`s filled out and quickened up, He`s well natured as well. which is a bonus in my house (kids galore). He still climbs through fences if he can, but the jumping will come. ATB Quote Link to post

brambles 3,411
I like a bit of of beardie in a lurcher, I've got a 3/4 ghound 1/4 beardie shes been a great bitch really tractable immense prey drive and a great catch rate, she is also rather tidy at taking more than her fair share of feather, so mate I wish you atb with the pup.
