mackem 29,521
I think I might rather snuff it than end my days in france Its going to be everyone living in High-Rise flats, compulsory purchase orders on your gardens so the government can build tower blocks,I might start importing indoor gardening equipment again, you can all grow salads in your cupboards and lofts as the food shortages bite deep.
scothunter 12,609
surely we can feed ourselfs.yea i know some are going to say,"we cant even feed africa" but it has never been a problem for us in the west.i cant see why with a bit of carefull thought we cant keep it up. mackem 29,521
Its africa and asia that are leading the way in birthrates, its their culture, especially amongst the poorer classes, they knock out as many kids as possible as a hedge against poverty in their old age,at least china has a one child policy otherwise we really would be in deep doggy doo-doo,china has problems with that policy anyway, theres currently 20+ million horny little chinese guys without wives due to the imbalance of sexes with girl children being aborted once their sex is determined. The UK at the moment isnt claustrophobically over-populated,visit somewhere like Shanghai to know what that feels like. Born Hunter 17,907
5,126,479,030th I also heard that fertility rates have plumeted and that is what they believe will limit the population before any food shortages or lack of space.
