Your really do believe the bollocks you type sometimes dont you....... your right new evidence NEVER comes to light that proves people innocent at some point during their sentence does it? people that if we allowed the death penalty would already be dead by that time. I put concrete evidence mate.......when its 100% a conviction backed up with either video footage or scientific evidence then kill the b*****ds. Why should we pay for the c**ts....an eye for an eye and all that. Yes there are lots of different scenarios that i would say people should not get the death penalty when they kill someone.......accidental car crash, pub fight goes wrong etc..............If you take a knife or a gun and stab/shoot someone then be prepared to die for that...... :yes: 3 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Families and friends would serve their own punishment as they see fit, and many would be willing to do time for people like the afore mentioned. Makes me mad just thinking about it. scothunter 12,609 Posted October 4, 2011 Report Share Posted October 4, 2011 I dont agree with state sponcered killings tbh.i know its a touchy subject when child killers and other reallly despicable crimes happening,and the knee jerk reaction is to call for an eye for an eye. the state can get it wrong and i could never support that,even if one innocent person is killed and is innocent.then thats one to many.yes we have dna and stuff that secures a conviction,its also a sure way of fitting someone up aswell.i couldnt think of anything more horrifying,than standing there with a rope round your neck,knowing that you are toatlly innocent,and the goverment or the nation dont believe you and are killing you for it.also we either have the death penalty or we dont have it.it will never be reintroduced in this country anyway,every few years its put to vote and everytime it is put forward less and less vote for it.its also not a detterant either.its retribution plain ann simple.if there was ever a case for it to be brought back,and that was for brady and hindley,it wasnt and it never will be. 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

FTB one of them killed two old ladies.scumbags all of them.do you think they killed him cause they were shocked by what he did,i seriously doubt that.killed him over some petty argument,or just to get thier name in the paper.all those nonces are housed together.dregs of society all locked up in the same wing. Would only be a matter of time before they f****d up. But the families of victims know the truth, they should not be protected upon release. Knowing they will be looking over their shoulder for the rest of their lives facing the most savage beating at any moment in time would be enough to make nost nonces either think twice about doing it or killing themselves if they did.
