secretagentmole 1,701
It is evident that the RSPCA should be prosecuted for animal neglect and killing an endangered species! They did not have the facilities to look after this eagle, the expertise to look after the eagle or the aptitude to heed the advice given when they took the eagle, under false pretences. I can see what they were attempting, RSPCA goes in, releases bird someone else has cared for back into the wild without mentioning the fact someone else did all the hard work and kaboom, millions more in donations from feathered friend lovers. Sorry no dice, the RSPB should have been put in charge of this, not the fox releasing idiots!
shepp 2,285
Bloody disgracefull, I guess the RSPCA prefered to risk the life of the eagle than admit they were totally out of there depth. Person managing that branch should be locked up for neglect.

gnasher16 31,124
" prevention of cruelty " ...makes your f****n blood boil when this happens....if they havent got the facilities or expertise then leave well alone.....sadly common sense is something the rspca lack preferring to do things " by the book " whether they know what they,re doing or not Some of you fellas who were into the gamedogs will probably remember the case years ago where an 11 year old dog who earned his title of gr ch in his younger day,who was living out the life of riley quietly and peacefully on his owners yard......was taken under the dangerous dogs act and within 3 months was dead due the " care " of the rspca ....c**ts.
