Another painting question, I have a few bare plywood sheets to paint, I want a satinwood finish, can I undercoat with emulsion or should I just thin the paint with turps ? cheers

1 coat of wood primer,2-3 coats of satinwood and use a mohair rad roller.Done in a jiffy.satinwood wont finish well on ply without a primer.

and most important, sand in between coats or it'll be a right hairy mess.
