CarraghsGem 92
one thing that can affect your quote is your profession, discovered when i got my fella insured that he got lower quotes when he said he was a dentist than when he told them he was a plumber

CarraghsGem 92
one thing that can affect your quote is your profession, discovered when i got my fella insured that he got lower quotes when he said he was a dentist than when he told them he was a plumber thats bollocks tbh lol, try it! the insurance industry goes on statistics when they give you a quote, its not just your age and gender and engine size that they take into consideration, they also consider vehicle type, age and model profession of driver and area where you live. Qbgrey 4,259
some of them compare sites are all ok if u get pulled over atleast your insured ,but if you have a crash they dont help one bit, somethings arent covered, large excess,no legal aid etc,its all a con.iwas paying 800 from a top quality insurance co for a merc 5cylinder 2.7 tip tronic turbo.checked go compare or one of them sites could of got it down to 245 what a load of b....ks. Unless I am missing what your trying to say...your not being insured with the comparision websites....they just give quotes from individual insurers. Once you see what company the cheapest quote is from you can go to them directly for another quote and specify any extras (legal cover/excess etc) you want if not included.....may add a few more quid on but dont pay the greasy c**ts £800 if you dont have to. No need to pay more than you need to...theres no such thing as a 'top quality' insurance company, they are all dirty robbing b*****ds who will get out of paying any way they can! all the best, HJ
