hi lads

well it just goes to show some of us have a soft side about 6 weeks ago i got a call out to a shop who had a feral stuck in a bird net up in aberdeen ,so off i go 6 hour drive (dont ask ) lol but anyway i gets there to find a feral indeed stuck in the net and to be honest the bird was in a bad way so out came the dispatchers and asleep went the bird ..

just as i came down the ladders i spotted a nest in the corner and yes it had 2 young birds about 4 weeks old and these little guys deserved a chance so in a box they went and back to newcastle they came now 10 weeks on it looks like im the mam lol they just dont want to fly (well they can )they just dont want to fly away so now ive got these

on a night the found shelter in and old ferret hutch and through the day they just fly around the roof tops

so the next time someone says "all you want to do is kill" ill remind them of this little story

I would get onto the council if i were u mate, thosepigeon spikes dont seem to be working. Nice one mate yor right its not all about killing. I had a woodpigeon squab for a few weeks but one day it just flew off.
