RicW 67
I really feel for ya . and hope you dont end up homless before christmas , get as much as you can on the old slag from next door and make sure you record and write down every thing that goes on and have the lot of them , no one should have to put up with that, all the best with it and keep us posted . Cheers, that means a lot. Now we've got a solicitor on-side hopefully we'll be OK 'til new year. Trying to calm down and look at it rationally, at the end of the day whether it's stressful for us or not the landlord can't actually evict us (legally) without a LOT of hassle and court etc - especially after losing his s21 rights. So long as we grit our teeth and bear it, we can stay here until at least new year - but it's getting to the point where the harassment from them and all stress is literally consuming our days, not something that's good for the kids. Hopefully things will calm down a bit again now they've dug their heels in at us and had their say etc, especially knowing the solicitor's sharpening his pen and taking notes. At least that way the kids can enjoy Christmas before we uproot them. Apologies again for the ridiculously long OP, I just had to get it off my chest I was going mental. Don't be so silly! We may not know you personally but you are a friend nonetheless. Now just hang loose over Xmas, look after the littlies and keep us posted, you hear me? If he tries an illegal eviction, throwing you on the street without due process, you can nail his balls to the wall. Trust me. A landlord tried that with me. Cost him a LOT OF MONEY. Take it easy bro Ric

TOMO 28,046
you need to film and record the sound, borrow a camcorder if you dont already have one. film the cover of a newspaper to record the date. keep making films of the noise and parties, people coming and going all the time, but do it with out being seen, then when you have loads send dvds to the landlord and council

skycat 6,174
Rainmaker: I'm so sorry to hear of your problems: bad enough to be unable to do what you want to do physically: let alone having an a*sehole for a neighbour and landlord. I've just had to cry off beating today due to my back not being right, but I'm going to do my level best not to moan about my condition which compared to yours sounds like a molehill of a problem. I really hope that the solicitor sorts that louse of a landlord out: hope it costs him dearly. If the worst comes to the worst and you find yourselves out in the cold I can't offer much and I'm sure there's people nearer you who could help but I could put your dogs up for you until you got sorted. PS Lets all do a 'rain' dance for the 'maker' and send good vibes his way and bad vibes to the a*sehole landlord!!
