MMWS Gundog Results from the 2012 Kelmarsh Country Fair The Mitsubishi Motors World Series Gundog Championship got underway at Kelmarsh this weekend, producing the first set of qualifiers to go through to this year’s Grand Final at the Midland Game Fair in September. The Terrier and Lurcher events attract a huge number of dog enthusiasts year on year, and kick-starting the Champion of Champions for 2012, the Kelmarsh Country Fair once again welcomed the UK’s best earth and running dogs to the field. Went up to this one on Sunday, Spent most of the day around the terrier ring. Some cracking dogs being Shown and spoke to some genuine Lads and lasses. The family really enjoyed it. Will definately be going next year. -

We invite show secretaries organising terrier & lurcher shows in England to apply for a qualifier for: The Master Mc Grath Racing Challenge over 150yards - to be staged at the Irish Game Fair, Shanes Castle Antrim on the 7th July - The 25th All Ireland Terrier & Lurcher Championship Racing is also held over 300 yards And also the New Novice Championships over 150 yards. So there are three titles on offer for Lurcher owners plus some really good prizes with the winner of the Master Mc Grath getting at least £500 and a Barbour Jacket plus other prizes AND the Runner Up a £250 watch -
What's is actually at the show, are there many trade stands? Anything else going on apart from the dog show? -
You can book a cabin or static at the show i think Moll and it's got all mod cons,camping aloud as well pre booked i think.Cafe and bar on site and the raffle ain't to bad either . Whisperingeye you coming then?
