  1. there used to be a good section on this forum ,bull breeds what ever happened to it .
  2. nielousx big jake (bull mastiff) x with half sister which was a 3/4 big jake was the start of that line ,it produced very lean muscled mastiffs for all intensive purposes . they were then out crossed most were of a aggressive nature and had to be destroyed. they have since gone to british bulldog(a i)into the bitch and american bulldog they were very stable good dogs since the bulldog influence was introduced.
  3. no i bred them from a line years ago 1995 i think
  4. this is the same stamp of dog ,this bitch has no running dog init it is 10 month old in this pic it has various dogs bred in to it the great grand father was a nelious dog x kc bull mastiff she is very fit for a large dog shes now 16 month old lovely temperament and a natural guard.
  5. each to there own ,seems a bit off a waste shooting them in my books ,understandably they need to be controlled in some areas and as theres no legal way of catching them with a running dog now.

  9. ok lads i dont know if this has already been asked but i know were in to the 2nd round of the lamping comp but has any of the 2nd round been run yet if so whats the outcome. cheers BULL
  10. i know of a dog from plymouth called mad bob which was a springer x lurcher they reckon he was great alrounder guy called ernie had him bit before my time though ,he took all fur and feather apparently
  11. a bye us fair, hes showed he' ed accommodate a later date but world hunters pulled dog out, all dogs get injured in the hunting season, if you waited for no dogs to be knocked up or completely injury free this comp could go through the summer till next season its bad luck on world hunter but is none the less fair ,as for putting a previous opponent in to replace world hunter whos already LOST is ridicules. Think people are losing sight of the fact its a lamping comp between fellow hunters . lets just get it finished and see who wins
  12. you know the farm ,so you know the farmer or were he lives ,you have plenty of time to right any wrong you may thinks been done to you ! what ever your mate decides to do is his own decision . revenge is best served cold as we know but in this case maybe very cold a few years down the line ,as the filth are involved, very sad mate
  13. ive heard of people off here doing it regular, but in real life ,my immediate friends and friends of friends ive only heard of late 30s it might be we have crap dogs but its no mean feet, Well if we put it in another perspective take a look at the top dogs on this site ,by this i mean the dogs in the lamping comp and tell me whats there average in a single night.
  14. im no expert by any means a friend of mine has hawks, falcons and an eagle dont know what type but its a scary looking thing he told me a while back that everything they catch is grabbed by the head ,must admit though those you tube vids were impressive but i always think it would be a complete worry if fox did get a bite on it you would think a fox could kill it with a bite easily, then theres the cost of replacing an eagle ,dont know how much that would be???
  15. that was a great vid, there was a guy down on dartmoor who goes out on horse back with his golden eagle and takes deer would he need permision or is there a loop hole in the law that states eagles are wild . he was on the local news people pay to go out with him for an afternnon
