lol top man. It nearly had that 2day thats why I asked the question.
nothing worse mate i had a whip/grey xgrey/collie had her from 6 weeks never gave up on her she had a bad break on front leg as a pup ,kept the dog until she was 3.5 years after a lot of time and money spent on her she just didn't make the grade , i finally found a good pet home with a retired old lady shes spoilt rotten , but a bad dog costs as much as a good dog to look after.
all that time wasted and money it took me 3.5 years to give up on her who knows when to say there no good some start later than others but im g
as already said what you put in you get out it is nice to know exactly how your dogs bred and what the parents achieved if anything ,worker to worker is always favored but you cant guarantee the pups would work.in the breeding of your dog there is a great deal of sight hound which instinctively give chase, also the added bonus of a collie in the mix which adds to the ease of training the pup as they are usually quick learners and eager to please .
keep at it and the pup will do you proud.
caught a mixyed one last night and caught another on a farm about 10 miles away from the other, last week i know you can feed em to your dogs ferrets etc but i just cant seem to do it always launch them in to the hedges.
tell her your looking after it for a frail old lady ,(your friends nan ,friend works away)and after a couple of weeks tell her the old ladys dead ,and the dog has to be put down,
she will soon come round,
