  11. Hi Sean I actually keep my imprint freelofted all year round. Feather damage is never an issue with her. Yeah I've heard people freelofting I would be a nervous wreck as she beats at anytime that fly's passed her went bowed out .so the thought of it in a mews would end up a dead Gos.
  12. Out tonight again with the lamp and bagged another two rabbits.
  13. this was Friday nites clips and only manage the three caught rabbits and after the last clip was at a hare and then the battery died, and never got the fourth rabbit as that was a cracking flight and the bird started to retrieved the rabbit up the hill with one foot on the head and the other walking up the field with the rabbit.
  14. That the only way to keep the Gos feathers good with the loop perch.
  15. Well after having a bad week with the Gos as she wasn't herself and spent a good few days rope training and tonight it payed off with four rabbits in the bag.
  16. The Harris will start to catch on on the lamp and cut out of the beam .as my female done this on the lamp and surprise them at the last min.and hope to see the flight on the GoPro as I use one for the Gos.

  19. Yeah as I just hope some day lll get one and she'll go mad for them.as I'm going out with a mate and try to look for one and if I get one lll try for another to see if the switch button it turned on
  20. As I looked at the weather last nite and was going to be dry and really cold so I didn't miss the chance to get the ferrets and Springer out and bagged another rabbit and headed home
  21. I've tried driving passed in the car for really easy ones and trying for a single one or a double ones as I think she's not convenient to take any in a pack as she Gos half hearted then turns away from them as I know myself she'll not go into packs yet.as I just can't understand I've never showing her a magpie or pheasant or partridge and grey back and go.s like a rocket at them.as I've tried all weight from her summer weight at 2lb 7 and even upwards to 2lb 11oz no luck yet.as she is still a young bird maybe next season lll get a rook .
  22. Well I'm thinking of maybe going into March time to see if I can get her entered on crows as I can't get that switch on to get her to go for them.
  23. last nite clip and the mate nearly caught the first rabbit with his hands and you can see how wet the fields are with the bird giving up on the last flight and just headed home.
