  2. Water Voles are protected but as Stephenwalsh said above Field Voles are not protected with the exception of the Wild Mammals (Protection) Act. The best way to clear an area of them is to use the boxed snappa traps baited with peanut butter and placed next to the holes.

  4. Moles are a great foot in the door to introduce yourself. I used to hate mole jobs but now I actually like catching them as it always gives me chance to meet new customers and then its down to you to sell yourself and let them know what a great guy you are and all of the other pests you can help them with.   7. New member from Oxfordshire here. 10 years a full time keeper then bought a pest control company. Like all kinds of country sports including fly fishing, ferreting, hill walking and shooting. I hope my knowledge will be of some use in the forum. Best wishes
