    The ammo doesn't go through the forks.... a lot of PFS only have a fork gap the tie the band's on with... Some don't even have the gap... The ammo goes over the forks due to the FLIP.... Or twisting and tweaking the pouch.... As with other catapults I'm sure it has been proven that all styles of catapults... The ammo actually passes THROUGH THE FORKS... even on OTT attachments.... Unless you flip.

    PFS are great for everything.... They slip into your pocket and are used like a normal catty.... For me anyway.... Fit them with theraband gold.... Single or double tubes or the adds flat bands.... They're just like a normal catty.... Its all I use now..... And I think they're the bollokks....

    Get yourself to asda.... They sell exercise bands.... Red is good..... Blue is awesome..... Lasts longer than theraband gold I believe.... And sure packs a punch!..... If you need any help cutting them.... Look at the 'how to make a bandset' tutorial at the top of the section..... And if you need a hand fitting them..... Just ask ....
