    Had a new jill gifted of a mate so yesterday so had to have a look at her ?

    A lot of young mate which makes it a pain but we’ve got to do what we can, it’s pest control, the pace is over run, we’d be getting big numbers if it wasn’t for the young . 1300 have been shot the past few weeks and it just looks the same.

    No mate not out of the same litter and yes I did own them but gave both away for free for starting to use their heads too much . The black bitch didn't use her head the next day after I gifted her to a lad she ran into a stone post and killed herself and the merle is retired early now after breaking a couple of bones in her foot, she was good around the hedges but started pulling up too early when running towards walls.

    The down fall in them is when you give them plenty of work they start using their head too much mate is what I've found.

    Can't remember the lines of the dam tbh the dog wasn't with me for long ? but I'm sure it will of been cruise lines back then. You've not seen many non ped whippets run then ?

    I owned a kc reg pure out of him and 2 saluki x whippets that he was the sire too and that sound's about right about all 3 ??

    Don’t let the pup run around for 4 to 6 weeks but you can lead walk it and it will be sound mate. On a older dog I would cut the nail back but looking at them young little nail I can’t see a need . Atb

    I like the breed mate I was running my last one a couple of seasons back before she had to be retired early because of a shoulder muscle, she was a very good Bitch

    I can't wait to have a pup out of her mate, the plan is to put a whippet over her now which is half race bred and half coursing lines but this could change by the time she comes in season ?

    You can only catch what's there mate. A part from a few that we dug the dogs got the rest , at least ten they had was put up out of cover.

    She's a bit faster than Tilly if the run goes on a bit and she retrieves better but she's not as good around the holes as Tilly and I've not seen the ACD x run after running 1000's over this season. As far as the ACD x and whippet greyhound type that my mate owns the ACD doesn't come near to her mate.

    Cheers, we sell them mate, the fella is coming to pick 300 up This Tuesday, only get £1.50 each but it soon adds up to £450 a pick up ?
