    Thanks mate just worked it out on the app and it says 60% water but not going to get caught up with that shit. After the advice on here and just crack on as usual it’s a new gym my old one was just basic this is all computerised rep counting machines ect so just going to do what I was doing before and enjoy the gym being within jogging distance from my house and see how I go. ??????

    Was a machine had to grip the handles and it measured never used one so god knows I feel better at about 12 stone though to be fair soon as I slow down the eating it just drops off don’t want use the gainers I reckons that’s what gave me the heart palps ?
