have a couple days ferreting planned soon with a mate, i had thought two days(weekend) would be enough to cover the area.. the plan now is to do one day, backfill the sets and return a week later see whats/if are getting used and cover any didnt have time for.. just wondering if any of you backfill sets, not something ive done before, open to other methods if it helps get the job done..

yes mate, he has bad SA but the new surroundings probably arnt helping. he eats and drinks like hes never seen either, on chicken and rice at the moment to improve stools then will slowly introduce him to good grub. dont think hes done much running either, pads are soft and looks weak. recall is decent, no agression at all, friendly enough with my 2 and cats Fair play to ya mate, you Gona let him see some game? am not sure what ll rules are on that, id need to check first. main thing at the moment is to get him fit and healthy and take it from there.

Turns out am a right soft fecker lol.. Ive decided to take the dog in as a foster untill lurcher link can find him a home..Some bad stuff happening at current home, ill update the thread in future on how he gets on, maybe someone might take a chance.

the wife was contacted by a local dog trainer/walker and asked if we knew anyone who would take in this lurcher.. the owners have the usual daft reasons for wanting to rehome brindle year and half old not neutered didnt get a reply when asked about jabs being update didnt get a reply when asked about being chipped friendly with dogs, adults and kids lived in doors(not been a working home) has declaws about 23-25 tts could make a decent rabbiting dog in right hands? i dont know the owners, i dont know the dog.. if hes anygood to someone on here id prefer it to be a member known
