    Up in till a few years ago Scotland was ok. I was in school in 80s and early 90s only had few pakis in high school out of 1400 pupils. Primary school there wasn't any. But my misses is the same age and from London I look at her school pic and there was only 4 white british pupils in her class. I think it was the norm down south and brummie areas but now it's just spread to full uk. Now Scotland is getting flooded with Eastern Europeans there every where.     If it had been before 2003 before all the Iraq and afghan. Russia would never been a loud to get away with what they have been doing for past 3 or 4 years. In Libya, Syria and now Ukraine.     Thing is thou uk and rest Europe can't afford to Fook Russia about like they have in the past. Uk hasn't even got a carrier or air to put on till 2022 I believe. Our full armour vehicles are laying in the Middle East gathering sand. Don't know how much of the gear has actually come back from desert

    I thought the entire Marine corps did it? Or at least 3Cdo... Being the speacialty of the Artic Warfare Cadre. Surely that's 8k men? For that matter I know for a fact my mate in the RAF Regt has done it. Yeah but there isn't any where near 8k men arctic trained.

    All this has been going on for years. Tic for tac. Went a bit stale there for while with the Russians been on there arse. But they are back in the game now. Been in Norway 4 times doing arctic training in the forces. Still do it incase the Russians attack on the northern flank. Fook knows what couple hundred of guys is going do. As there only few hundred do arctic training in the forces now.

    British military issued body armour is osprey. It has small thin Kevlar protection all over it 1/4 inch thick. The same as in that video. Then you insert the plates in when on ops or live firing ranges.

    There's a vid on youtube where he uses the most powerful crossbow in the world and just about goes in 1 inch into a cinder block.no way it's going through even ecba plates imo. Yeah the ecba plates are solid aswell. The osprey plates are bout 3 times as thick as ecba plates. I might be wrong but I just couldn't see an arrow going through them
