  1. i think most people "upgraded" to a 4x20 after the open sights! i did as a youngster....thought i was a right sniper! and i must have had thousands of kills with it....although back then starlings were my chosen quarry!!
  2. its a chinese gun. smk sell them. not sure but i think its called a b3-f or something similar.
  3. you need to be able to get your shots inside a 1" circle 10 times out 0f ten im afraid mate! the range at which you can do this is then your maximum range at which to take quarry. and a head shot is always best bet.
  4. i am happy with it but always fancied a rapid...... and for 12.50,you can have the silencer adapter!!
  5. what would my set up be worth to sell privately?thinking about selling it and going for a rapid maybe.... .22 falcon FN12 raptor, walnut sporter stock.good but used condition.stock has some marks but no damage.blueing is good with no rust etc. hw silencer and adapter. 2 16 shot mags 4-16 x 56 AGS swat scope with ir and sidewheel px(30 mm tube),flip up covers and sportsmatch reach forward mounts. like new condition. realtree kasu gun bag.like new. 12 litre 232 bar bottle in test with gauge and adapter. excellent condition. 6. Don't you believe it pal! Might I suggest you try firing a PCP outside without e silencer on it, then try again but with the silencer fitted on the rifle - I know which option you will prefer! If you fire a PCP with no silencer on it, you will find that its almost as loud as a 'powder burner' rifle - the noise from an un-silenced PCP is quite surprising, I think you'll find? lol Regards, Grim. a silencer isn't an option on a pcp.....its a neccesity!!without them they are LOUD! (oh and its hw for me. awesome on my fn12) I'd agree. When my brother bought h

  8. yeah, any airgun needs a ticket over there.but at 20 yrds i would have thought 12 ft/lbs would be enough.any more is overkill and not needed where there's a risk of damage to property.
  9. they are 8 wk or so mate. our lass has just told me it was 21st of july they were born!
  10. my dad took the pick of the litter out of my litter but has decided he'd rather have a terrier so if anyone has a pat or lakie type?to be used for bushing etc. the pup is about ten wk old, white and black.will make a big strong dog(sire is saluki, grey x bull, grey and dam is bull, grey x collie, grey)will get some pics up later if interest is shown.
  11. reminds me of an rws excalibre..... but only single shot? then again, breech and barrel band are like the new falcons....

    new pup

my dad had them when i was younger and my cousin has got them but hes my first.cant wait to get the training started Well best of luck with him. I've just got my first and cant wait to run him. Although I'll give him another year yet. He's 6 mths next week and is 25" at the shoulder. What do you think? nice.whats in him 3/4 grey, deerhound, whippet and collie. He's a lovely dog to. What the breeding in your dog? grey/saluki/collie/bull He won't let you down. Good breeding. What bull? Staffy or English? Looks like staffy. i bred this pup, this is the grandfather to it,h
  14. i used to have nothing but bitches.always liked there "faithfulness". have a dog now as well as a bitch and the bitch now seems clingy.much prefer the dogs attitude. he'll come for a quick fuss and then retreat out of range whereas the bitch would climb on your knee if you let her! plus no season to worry about. only drawback is dogs wanting to sniff/mark everything!i think she'll be the last bitch i have.(just had a litter from her and strangely,EVERY pup was a dog!! )
  15. all sold now, cheers to the lads who bought them and hope they do ya proud.
  16. thought you'd had her for yrs bok? how long you had the bull x for though?? (tell her im only joking!!LOL)
  17. hi mate i just posted a reply if you dont know the pellet weight then post it and ill find it out for you ok or contact me directly Umm there just standerd .22 pellets..i think that's 5.5grams or something, i'm not the technical type with guns they'll be 5.5 MM!! not grains. an average .22 pellet weighs about 15 grain. but can be as little as 10 or as much as 22 or so.... a big difference.
  18. bump.last pup must go so make me a sensible offer.......
