    It was abit disappointing mate as the lads I went with have had some cracking trips but like you say that's fishin. The boat was £230 each

    Managed to get out from Whitby on the cheiftain this weekend Friday afternoon till Sunday morning over toward Norway after the cod. After hearing so many good reports ended up very slow on the fish. Skipper tried about 12 wrecks all day and thirteen of us fishing managed about 50-60 fish. Some pollock, coalies and the rest cod averaging 6 lb, biggest cod about 13lb. Maybe abit to early ? Managed to keep the sickness down until the new chef did dinner, bear grills would of thought twice after smelling that, that's when half the boat started chuckin... Not pleasant !

    I had the remmy from new and it didn't cycle very well, tried loads of ammo ended up swaping for a 10/22 which was abit better

    Trip cancelled to bad weather, so got to re book, loaded up on stugeron tablets aswell since Wednesday !

    Think the trips £230 including food and drink leaving Whitby Friday at 6pm get back on sun am. That's as much as I know up to now but will let you know when we get back.

    Is that a tablet flipper, never heard of em. Just started to feel abit iffy on the last couple of trips but as this ones 36 hours deffo abit worried, it's along time to be chucking ! I've heard of quells was goin to take them ?

    Hi chaps, got a cod trip booked out of Whitby next week over to Norway and need to make some perks, got some shiny ally bar that I'm going to fill with lead. How long do they need to be and do you hammer the ends flat or saw them off at on angle ? Also what size hooks ? Any other advice you can give greatly accepted !

    Seen a mate shoot a bolting rabbit from about 15 yards and completely shred its ears off, it never faultered so he gave it another barrel. When we picked it there was just two fresh stumps ! Full choke from close range nearly perfect shot

    Hoover though paying particular attention to floor edges, de flea dogs, and steam cleaning may do the trick. Your best bet will be to call a local pest company, find a local chap and get a guaranteed price over the phone, watch for the cowboys. Should cost about £60 - . If you say where your from maybe someone off here can help ?

    There is good money to be made in pest control if you are prepared to work at it. Give a good service, for the right money, turn up when you say you would and recommendations follow one after another. For the first 2 or 3 years I really struggled. Now 13 years later I wouldn't swap for anyone. Big contract food plants are good money but are boring and a headache for paperwork. I do get paid for rabbit, feral pigeon and fox work but it only makes up about 10% of total work,it's about the same for friends in the business
