You can also regulate the speed with the lure end what dogs chase some people use cloth/rags and others use plastic bags etc it's all trial and error at first

See used lures on facebook regularly for between 100 quid to 150

Is there any one planning on breeding a litter soon that doesn't want 800 quid and up for a pup been let down on 2 litters now and I would like a dog to be able to get out with next season with my children thanks in advance

That's nice jok but I feel it would be too complicated for him as he has a short fuse and a bad temper think he would be better off with a fixed blade for these reasons

Non ped straight tracks are from 150 to 175 yds unless there running on the bends which would be a greyhound track 310 yds I believe or could be 275

Way I understand it is theres varying percentages of each in non peds one of my bitch brothers is 55 pound rest of litter well below 40 pound
