Morton, say you can average 10 bunnies a night and went out 3 times a week. That's 30 bunnies a week, 120 bunnies a month, so say about 960 a season going on September to April. 3-4 seasons down the line that's thousands of bunnies pal.

Few years ago I was unemployed for a whole season and was out with this bitch 3-4 nights a week picking up maybe. 15-20 bunnies each time. You do that for 5-6 seasons off course a dog will kill over a thousand rabbits by time it's retired or bred from.

If it lacks stamina id not breed from it,source a decent pup with stamina,false economy to breed from a bitch like that,there is a good probability that the bitch will throw progeny with her lack of wind.If it's the Bitch I'm thinking about then she is a real grafter by all accounts. I've not seen her work but heard from more than one person that she is the real deal and it would be a crime not to take pups from her.At times we need to step back and take the emotion out of breeding,to me a dog that lacks a MAJOR flaw in its arsenal,lack of wind being high up there,is not a dog id wis

Morton, she's a handy little dog. Best rabbiting dog I've seen/own. Gives them other rabbits a world of shit as well but if the deeds not done on them quick it isn't getting done. Hence the reason I want to add wind.
