so i am down to the simple fact, is killing an animal by slitting its throat humane or not, but that then leads to the question of why we stun them in the name of humane slaughter , this shit gets very confusing....................more cider needed

this is not a religious bashing thread by the way, just trying to get my head around as to whether its humane or not when an animal is not stunned.

id say it was kosha but then lets say it was your dog that broke its leg, now surely if its humane for sheep/goats/cows/and poultry then its humane on all animals, that the bit that bugging me more than anything

heres a thought, im driving down the road and find a deer with a broken leg, so i whip out my knife and slit its throat all witnessed by an RSPCA inspector, would that be ok or animal cruelty
