  8. do you mean this one mate http://www.andrewvenables.com/ thats the one. i was invited for a day last year buy the lads but couldnt make it. they enjoyed it. although one decided to use a 300 win mag rather than his usual 243 his sholder was a state to say the least I fancy taking the trip up there, I have a 300 RUM but at £4.50 a shot not sure whether my wallet or shoulder could last the day :laugh: they said it was very good and worth doing ive only got rimfire and fac air now, sold the rest as i no longer have any need for them. and by jesus 50cal isnt that much deerer
  9. :rofl: i kid you not mine will work cover like a spaniel, retieve like a lab and catch stuff both the spaniel and the lab wouldnt get close to You wouldn't want a lurchers on the foreshore in Nov, Dec or Jan though would you mate.....they would freeze to death. i live nowhere near the sea, there not carring the fat layers a lab carries and would think the wind chill would be a killer in that situation. but as i said earlier the lurcher will not compete with a spercific task dog but excells as an allround pooch. how long would a lab last lamping rabbits before it gave up.   14. cz 452 style nikel synthetic, im clumsy as fook so it suites me better although im on my second synthetic stock
