  1. Hello people of THL! I've recently treated myself to the new iPad Air and looking to 're-home' my beloved iPad 2. Comes in good working condition: all original- so no screen repairs/replacements! and only ever used within the house, so no wear and tear from everyday outdoor use and it has been generally well maintained during its time with me. Comes supplied with a recently purchased Griffin leather (and red cloth) soft case, USB cable, Apple iPad2 official charging dock/stand and the original 'display' box, paperwork and some screen protectors once i can find the box (pictur
  2. That's a sad story Talt but I'm glad people on here have hearts, than, let these c*nts kill animals because they don't live upto expectations or relations fall apart. In all fairness, and the same said for my ferrets. If they're not made for working or there's something I'd worry about as like the skin of your own mutt, they'd still be kept as pets and spoilt by me, my partner and family. So, I don't worry all that much about it being a perfect hunter- if that makes sense? I'm also looking to find a friend for my (previously grandad's) mum's 2yo Labrador, hoping he'd bond with the whippet
  3. I've found his page, I'll drop him an email tomorrow for more details as the site is pretty basic and stripped of info- assuming it's the right page. Thanks for the heads up
  4. Pilot (pile-it) because, that's what they do?
  5. If that's the case, you could work for me, anytime I won't charge you much lol
  6. Lovely rifle, shame I lack the funds or I'd supply the biscuits for our cuppa Have a bump from me
  7. Could you not ask the farmer? I'm sure he'd be happier you burying them on a designated plot of the land or to bin them for you than to have an infestation. I guess a last resort if burying or burning isn't practical would be to chuck them in a bin bag whilst you're out and put them at the bottom of your wheelie bin once you're home. I wouldn't do anything stupid with them as it could land you in a bit of trouble should you be caught.
  8. Can't say I've personally heard of it before, not saying it doesn't exist but seems like it's aimed at the fishing and waterspout community- or so your company has branded the packaging and site. Nothing hunting related on the page either...
  9. I'm sure your local market sells shovels cheap enough to take one with you.
  10. Well I did consider a greyhound too as an old neighbour used to take his out ferreting and netting but I'm thinking the whippet would be the better hunter? My friend rob has a mix bred, she's got all sorts in her but she was like lightning, only one rabbit got away but I blamed the weather like yours, mooching, ferreting and I believe she lamps too. Something I'd love to do with one of my own (and anyone else's) Where did you get yours from? Any advice on where to look for pup with a working background? Many thanks Grae
  11. Thinking more so ferreting at the moment. Needing either a puppy to start familiarising with my ferrets or a dog who's use to working with them
